On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing each possible exact score, and the price of each share reflects the implied probability of that outcome. As more shares are bought for a particular score, its price increases, and the probability goes up. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price is driven entirely by supply and demand from traders who are expressing their beliefs about the final result of the Peruvian soccer match. This creates a dynamic and real-time assessment of the likely outcome.
This market resolves around Sep 20, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the CS Huancayo versus CU Técnica de Cajamarca match will be used to determine the winning exact score. Any delays in the official reporting of the match result may cause a corresponding delay in the market’s resolution. The resolution will be based on the official scoreline as reported by a trusted source for Peruvian soccer results.
Several factors could significantly shift the probabilities in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either CS Huancayo or CU Técnica de Cajamarca would likely cause movement. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they favor one team's playing style, could also influence trading activity. Furthermore, any pre-match analysis from reputable soccer analysts predicting a specific scoreline could sway the crowd's opinion and impact the prices. Unexpected lineup announcements could also be a catalyst for shifts in this market.
