In the upcoming Brazil Série A game between Cruzeiro EC and Mirassol FC, scheduled for August 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Cruzeiro EC vs. Mirassol FC match originally scheduled for August 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The markets evaluate whether Cruzeiro or Mirassol will score above specified thresholds of goals—0.5, 1.5, or 2.5—in the Brasileiro Serie A soccer match scheduled for August 9, 2026. Resolution occurs based on the official match result after 90 minutes plus any stoppage time, with all outcomes determined solely within regular time. Own goals are counted toward the team to which they are awarded. Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the respective team exceeds its threshold; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. The evaluation excludes goals scored during extra time or penalty phases, focusing exclusively on the standard match duration.
Injuries to key players, weather delays, or shifting tournament dynamics could all move this market as the match approaches. Traders will react to any news that alters the perceived likelihood of particular scorelines, especially when Polymarket and Kalshi show differing leading outcomes. Volume spikes around such updates are common, so keeping an eye on pre-match headlines helps anticipate shifts.
