This market resolves around Jul 6, 2026, at which point the outcome is confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution hinges on comparing the actual weekly percentage gains for crushed stone and gravel over the specified period. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome receive their payout, while losing positions expire worthless. Exact timing may shift slightly if data publication is delayed, but the market will settle as soon as reliable figures become available.
Construction demand, infrastructure spending announcements, and seasonal building cycles can all shift weekly gains for both commodities. Supply-chain disruptions, transportation costs, or mining output changes may favor one material over the other. Macroeconomic reports on GDP, employment, or housing starts often trigger repricing, since both crushed stone and gravel track closely to construction activity. Trader positioning and large order flow can also create momentum. Monitoring industry publications, commodity price feeds, and economic calendars helps you anticipate moves before they're fully priced in.
