In the upcoming Brazil Serie B game between CR Brasil and Goiás EC, scheduled for July 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the CR Brasil vs. Goiás EC match originally scheduled for July 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate the beliefs of traders risking real capital on outcomes. For exact-score markets like this one, sportsbooks typically offer limited scoreline options, whereas prediction markets allow traders to price every possible result. This granularity can reveal niche probabilities that sportsbooks don't explicitly quote, offering a complementary perspective on match expectations.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds continuously as traders buy and sell shares representing each exact scoreline. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders who believe a particular scoreline is underpriced relative to its true likelihood can profit by purchasing shares at a discount, which simultaneously pushes the price higher and reflects their conviction. The resulting equilibrium price across all outcomes represents the collective forecast of the trading community at any given moment.
This market resolves around Jul 12, 2026, once the CR Brasil versus Goiás match concludes and the final scoreline is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the exact number of goals scored by each team, and resolution occurs only after the result is confirmed through official match reporting. Traders should monitor the event schedule to ensure they close or adjust positions before the market locks at the designated end time.
Team news—including injuries, suspensions, or lineup changes—can significantly shift exact-score probabilities, as can recent form, head-to-head history, and weather conditions on match day. Betting market activity and sharp money flowing into sportsbooks may also influence prediction market prices as traders react to new information. Late-breaking tactical announcements or unexpected roster developments in the days before kickoff can trigger repricing across all scoreline outcomes, particularly affecting the likelihood of low-scoring or high-scoring results.
