On Polymarket, the leading outcome currently stands at 100.0%. Resolution will be determined by HLTV.org official match records. Watch for the match scheduled on May 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET to see how the teams' fragging patterns and map control strategies influence the final kill tally on map three.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 6 match between TOOMUCHVIDEOGAMES and BoyBand in the Elisa Open Suomi Regular Season, initially scheduled for May 18 at 1:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "TOOMUCHVIDEOGAMES" if TOOMUCHVIDEOGAMES win the match against BoyBand. This market will resolve to "BoyBand" if BoyBand win the match against TOOMUCHVIDEOGAMES. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect real-time consensus from traders with financial incentives to price outcomes accurately. Traditional sportsbooks set odds to manage liability and profit margins, often incorporating different risk models. Prediction markets typically react faster to breaking news and roster changes in esports, since traders update positions instantly. For Counter-Strike matches like this one, prediction markets may offer sharper pricing on team form and recent performance, while sportsbooks may lag slightly. Comparing Polymarket odds to major esports sportsbooks can reveal value opportunities before lines adjust.
The market is scheduled to resolve on May 18, 2026. Resolution is determined by the official result of the best-of-three match between Counter-Strike: TOOMUCHVIDEOGAMES and BoyBand in the Elisa Open Suomi Regular Season. The outcome will be confirmed once the match concludes and the winner is officially announced by the tournament organizer. Traders should monitor the official Elisa Open Suomi schedule and any postponements or rescheduling that could affect the resolution date.
Key catalysts include roster changes or player substitutions for either team, recent tournament results and map win rates, and any official statements about team form or preparation. Injury or availability updates for key players can shift market sentiment significantly. Scrim results or practice footage leaked by community members often influence trader positioning in esports markets. Map pool announcements and bans will matter as Counter-Strike outcomes depend heavily on which maps are played. Media coverage and expert predictions may also trigger repricing as new analysis reaches the market.
