This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between Team shoke and Team Aunkere in the BetBoom Streamers Battle Group B, initially scheduled for July 1 at 11:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Team shoke" if Team shoke win the match against Team Aunkere. This market will resolve to "Team Aunkere" if Team Aunkere win the match against Team shoke. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by trader consensus and real-money conviction. Prediction markets tend to incorporate breaking news and live event data faster than traditional sportsbooks update their lines. For esports matchups, prediction market prices can offer an alternative view of team strength, especially when mainstream sportsbooks have limited coverage or wider margins on niche events.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds based on trader buy and sell activity. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the cumulative bets placed by participants; as more traders back one outcome, the odds shift to reflect that conviction. Liquidity pools determine how much slippage occurs on larger trades, and the platform's fee structure is built into the spread. Real-time price discovery happens continuously, so the odds you see represent the live consensus of all active traders on this specific Counter-Strike matchup.
This market resolves around Jul 1, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-three series. Until that point, traders can buy and sell positions based on their expectations of the final result. Resolution happens automatically once the event is confirmed, allowing all positions to settle according to the verified outcome.
Several factors can shift odds in this market before resolution. Roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements affecting either team will typically trigger repricing. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and map pool advantages are closely watched by traders. Streaming updates or community sentiment shifts during the lead-up to the match can also influence positions. Live match developments—such as early round outcomes or momentum swings during the series—will drive continuous trading activity and price adjustments as new information becomes available.
