Description

This market will resolve to "Team Nemesis" if Team Nemesis win the match against Infinite. This market will resolve to "Infinite" if Infinite win the match against Team Nemesis. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

On Polymarket, the dashboard for the Team Nemesis vs Infinite BO3 match displays real-time odds and price movements as traders buy and sell shares tied to each potential outcome. You can monitor the current implied probability for each team, historical price charts showing how sentiment has shifted, and 24-hour trading volume to gauge market activity and liquidity. The interface lets you track which outcome is leading among traders and review recent trades to understand momentum shifts in this esports matchup.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are driven purely by trader belief and financial risk. This market aggregates the collective judgment of thousands of traders wagering real money, which can sometimes identify value that sportsbooks miss—or lag behind sharp early movers. Comparing the two reveals whether professional bettors and casual traders see different probabilities for this matchup.

On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker (AMM) system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more capital flowing into one outcome, the higher its price rises; conversely, selling pressure lowers it. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market reflects the latest information and sentiment about the match in real time. Liquidity depth and order flow both influence how quickly prices adjust to breaking news or strategic trades.

This market resolves around Jun 16, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be confirmed based on which team wins the best-of-three series. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive their payout, while losing positions expire worthless. Resolution timing depends on when the event is officially reported and confirmed by the platform.

Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries or substitutions, recent tournament performance, and head-to-head matchup history. Practice results or team statements released before the match can shift trader sentiment significantly. In-game momentum during earlier rounds of the playoff bracket may also influence expectations for this specific series. Additionally, betting syndicates or professional esports analysts publishing predictions can trigger sharp moves as informed traders react to new information or contrarian views.
