This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 4 match between SPARTA and G2 Ares in the CCT Europe Series #4 Group Stage, initially scheduled for June 15 at 1:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "SPARTA" if SPARTA win the match against G2 Ares. This market will resolve to "G2 Ares" if G2 Ares win the match against SPARTA. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are driven by traders risking real capital on outcomes they believe are mispriced. This market may show odds that differ meaningfully from major esports betting sites, particularly if prediction market participants have access to specialized team analysis or spot inefficiencies that retail sportsbooks have not yet priced in. Comparing the two can reveal where professional and casual assessments diverge most sharply.
This market resolves around Jun 15, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the actual performance and final score recorded by official tournament broadcasters and esports data providers covering the CCT Europe Series. Until that point, traders can adjust positions as new information—such as map bans, player substitutions, or live-game developments—becomes available. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the final map's completion.
Several catalysts can shift odds significantly before the match begins. Roster announcements or unexpected player absences will trigger repricing, as will recent tournament results or head-to-head records between the teams. Map pool rotations and veto strategies often emerge in the hours before play, allowing informed traders to adjust. During the match itself, live score updates, round wins, and momentum swings will drive continuous repricing. Injury reports, technical issues, or coaching changes announced late can also create sudden volatility. Early map outcomes frequently reshape expectations for the full series.
