This market refers to the Counter-Strike Upper bracket quarterfinal 4 match between Sharks and Eternal Fire in the DraculaN Group A, initially scheduled for June 23 at 2:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Sharks" if Sharks win the match against Eternal Fire. This market will resolve to "Eternal Fire" if Eternal Fire win the match against Sharks. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets are driven by trader consensus and real-money commitment. For this market, comparing the implied probability to published esports betting lines can reveal whether the crowd is more or less confident than professional oddsmakers. Such gaps sometimes signal mispricing, though both venues incorporate similar public information about team form, roster changes, and recent results.
On Predict, this market is priced through continuous order-book trading, where buyers and sellers submit bids and asks that determine the current odds. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price reflects the marginal trader's willingness to bet on either outcome at any given moment. As new information emerges—such as team announcements, player performance, or match conditions—traders adjust their positions, shifting the price in real time. This mechanism ensures that the odds remain responsive to evolving expectations throughout the event window.
This market resolves around Jun 24, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which team wins the best-of-three series under official competition rules. Resolution occurs after the final map is played and the winner is confirmed by the tournament organizer or recognized esports media. Early or incomplete resolution is not typical for completed matches, so traders should expect a clear, definitive outcome once the event concludes.
Several factors can shift odds before the match concludes. Roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute lineup announcements may alter perceived team strength. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and map pool advantages can influence trader sentiment. In-game momentum during the series itself—such as a team winning the first map or securing an early lead—often triggers sharp repricing as new information becomes available. Media reports, coach statements, or technical issues during play may also prompt traders to reassess probabilities in real time.
