This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between Passion Academy and ex-MANA eSports in the United21 Group D, initially scheduled for June 18 at 6:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "Passion Academy" if Passion Academy win the match against ex-MANA eSports. This market will resolve to "ex-MANA eSports" if ex-MANA eSports win the match against Passion Academy. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are driven by traders seeking to profit from accurate forecasting. This market aggregates the collective judgment of participants willing to stake real capital on the outcome, which can sometimes identify value that sportsbooks have mispriced. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus differs most sharply.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker or order-book system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the crowd's real-time belief in that outcome's probability. As new information emerges—team roster changes, recent match results, or player performance updates—traders adjust their positions, moving the price up or down. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices respond to news.
This market resolves around Jun 18, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-three series. Until that point, prices may fluctuate based on team announcements, practice performance, injury reports, or other signals that traders believe affect the likelihood of each outcome. Resolution is final once the event is confirmed.
Several catalysts could shift prices before the match begins. Roster announcements or last-minute player substitutions could alter perceived team strength. Recent tournament results or head-to-head records between these squads may influence trader confidence. In-game meta shifts or weapon balance patches in Counter-Strike can favor certain playstyles. Injury or availability updates, coaching changes, or public statements from team management could also trigger repricing. Monitor esports news outlets and team social media for developments that might reshape market expectations.
