This market tracks the outcome of the Counter-Strike quarterfinal matchup between PARIVISION and BIG in the XSE Pro League Playoffs best-of-three series. On Polymarket, the leading outcome currently stands at 100.0%. Resolution will be determined by HLTV.org official match records. Watch for the scheduled match on July 10, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET to see which team advances from this quarterfinal fixture.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Quarterfinal 3 match between PARIVISION and BIG in the XSE Pro League Playoffs, initially scheduled for July 10 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "PARIVISION" if PARIVISION win the match against BIG. This market will resolve to "BIG" if BIG win the match against PARIVISION. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin; prediction markets like this one are driven by trader conviction and real-money stakes. For esports matchups, prediction markets can react faster to roster changes or scrim results, while sportsbooks may lag behind or apply wider margins. Comparing this market's implied probability to major esports betting sites reveals whether the crowd here sees value the books have missed—or vice versa.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker (AMM) model where traders buy and sell outcome shares directly against a liquidity pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The cost of each share reflects the current probability; as traders accumulate shares for one team, the price of that outcome rises and the opposing team's price falls. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market remains responsive to new information and trader positioning throughout the lead-up to the match.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once the best-of-three match concludes and the winner is verifiable from credible public reporting of the XSE Pro League Playoffs. The outcome is determined by which team wins the series—the first to claim two maps advances. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the final map's completion, after official tournament results are published and confirmed by esports news outlets and the league itself.
Key catalysts include roster announcements or player substitutions, recent tournament results and head-to-head records, scrim performance leaks, and pre-match interviews revealing team confidence or tactical adjustments. Map pool composition and bans can shift odds significantly, as can injury or availability updates. Media coverage and analyst predictions may also influence trader positioning. In the final hours before the match, late-breaking news—such as technical issues or unexpected lineup changes—can trigger sharp repricing as the market incorporates fresh information.
