This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between NEW VISION and lilmix in the GLuck Yungstar Closed Qualifier: Series #2 Group C, initially scheduled for June 26 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "NEW VISION" if NEW VISION win the match against lilmix. This market will resolve to "lilmix" if lilmix win the match against NEW VISION. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they operate under different incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like Polymarket are driven by trader consensus and real-money risk. For esports events like this one, sportsbooks may have limited liquidity or slower line adjustments, whereas prediction markets can react faster to breaking news or community insight. Comparing the two can reveal arbitrage opportunities or signal where informed traders see edge relative to conventional bookmakers.
This market resolves around Jun 26, 2026, once the best-of-three series concludes and the winner is verified against credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by which team wins the majority of games in the series—either 2–0 or 2–1. No ambiguity exists in esports match results; the winner is immediately clear from the final scoreline. Your position settles based on the confirmed match result, with payouts distributed automatically once the event is finalized.
Several catalysts can shift this market significantly before Jun 26, 2026. Team roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements can alter perceived strength. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and scrim performance leaks often influence trader positioning. Pre-match interviews or coach statements may reveal strategic adjustments. Odds also react to betting volume spikes, which sometimes signal sharp money or insider confidence. Monitor esports news outlets and team social media for updates that could reshape expectations around either squad's chances in the series.
