This market refers to the Counter-Strike Upper bracket round 1 match between NEW VISION and Julie&cie in the CCT Europe Challengers Series Playoffs, initially scheduled for June 27 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "NEW VISION" if NEW VISION win the match against Julie&cie. This market will resolve to "Julie&cie" if Julie&cie win the match against NEW VISION. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets reflect live consensus from traders who profit by predicting accurately. This market aggregates the collective judgment of participants with real money at stake, often capturing sentiment faster than sportsbooks adjust their lines. Comparing the two can reveal where professional bettors and casual traders diverge on this matchup's likely outcome.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the probability the market assigns to that outcome, with higher prices indicating stronger conviction. As new information emerges or trading volume shifts, prices adjust in real time. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market stays responsive to changing expectations about the match result.
This market resolves around Jun 27, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-three series. Until that point, traders can buy and sell shares based on their assessment of the teams' form, recent performance, and head-to-head dynamics. Early resolution is possible if one team advances or the match is officially cancelled or postponed.
Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries, or lineup announcements from either team. Recent tournament results, scrim performance, and map pool updates can shift trader conviction. Coaching changes or internal team news may also influence odds. Closer to the event, official team confirmations and final practice results often trigger sharp moves. Community sentiment on forums and social media can amplify these signals, causing rapid repricing as new information spreads among market participants.
