This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 4 match between MIBR Academy and ex-Vexa in the CCT South America Series 3 Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 4 at 12:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "MIBR Academy" if MIBR Academy win the match against ex-Vexa. This market will resolve to "ex-Vexa" if ex-Vexa win the match against MIBR Academy. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. This market may show odds that differ meaningfully from major sportsbooks, especially if one venue has sharper information flow or different liquidity. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus is strongest and where informed traders see value relative to conventional betting lines.
This market resolves around Jul 4, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning outcome will be determined by the actual result of the match as it unfolds in the CCT South America Series 3 Group Stage. Once the competition concludes and results are finalized, the market will settle to reflect which team or outcome occurred. Traders holding winning shares will receive their payout based on the final odds at settlement.
Several factors could shift odds before resolution. Roster announcements or unexpected player absences for either team would likely trigger sharp price moves. Map pool updates or bans announced by tournament organizers could alter strategic matchup dynamics. Recent tournament results, scrim outcomes, or public statements from coaches and players may influence trader sentiment. Injury reports or visa issues affecting key players could also create sudden volatility. As the match date approaches, any official schedule changes or format clarifications would be reflected in real-time price adjustments.
