This market tracks the total number of games played in the Counter-Strike Best-of-3 match between magic and 3DMAX at the BLAST Bounty Qualifier, with the current consensus at 100.0% favoring over or under 2.5 games across Polymarket, Limitless, and Predict. The outcome will be resolved using HLTV.org official results. Watch for the match conclusion on July 24, 2026, which will determine the final result.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round of 32 match between magic and 3DMAX in the BLAST Bounty Qualifier, initially scheduled for July 24 at 6:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "magic" if magic win the match against 3DMAX. This market will resolve to "3DMAX" if 3DMAX win the match against magic. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price outcomes differently. Sportsbooks set odds based on their risk models and margin targets, while prediction markets derive prices from live supply and demand among traders. Prediction markets often reflect sharper consensus on niche events because traders face direct financial incentive to price accurately. However, sportsbooks may offer tighter spreads on high-volume matchups. For esports, prediction markets can be more responsive to roster changes, recent form, and community insight. Comparing both venues helps bettors identify value and understand how different pricing mechanisms value the same event.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, recent tournament results, and head-to-head map history between the two teams. Player performance in warm-up matches or scrims often influences trader positioning. Major patch updates to the game can shift meta and team strengths. Injury or stand-in announcements may trigger sharp repricing. Live match momentum—early map results or unexpected tactical shifts—typically drives the largest intraday swings. Community sentiment on social media and esports forums can amplify moves. Traders monitoring team news, patch notes, and live commentary gain edge in timing entries and exits before consensus fully reprices this market.
