This market tracks the probability of NIP winning by more than 1.5 rounds against M80 in their Counter-Strike BO3 match at the BLAST Bounty Qualifier. On Polymarket, the current probability for the leading outcome stands at 100%. The result will be resolved using data from https://hltv.org. The match is scheduled for July 21, serving as the key catalyst for resolution.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round of 32 match between M80 and NIP in the BLAST Bounty Qualifier, initially scheduled for July 21 at 6:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "M80" if M80 win the match against NIP. This market will resolve to "NIP" if NIP win the match against M80. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. On Polymarket, traders stake real capital on outcomes, creating prices driven by collective belief rather than bookmaker margins. Sportsbooks, by contrast, balance action and manage liability. For this market, comparing prediction odds to major sportsbook lines can reveal where informed traders see value or where public perception differs from professional oddsmakers' assessments.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds based on the ratio of shares held for each outcome. Traders buy and sell shares, and the platform's algorithm continuously updates the implied probability. The spread between bid and ask prices reflects current liquidity and uncertainty. As match time approaches and new information surfaces, the price adjusts to reflect the latest consensus among active traders on the platform.
This market resolves around Jul 21, 2026, once the best-of-three series concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by which team wins the match within the BLAST Bounty Qualifier. Resolution hinges on the official match result, confirmed through established esports news sources and the tournament's official channels. Early resolution is possible if one team advances or is eliminated before all three maps are played.
Several factors can shift odds before resolution. Roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute lineup announcements may alter perceived team strength. Recent tournament performance, head-to-head records, and map pool advantages typically influence trader positioning. Pre-match analysis from professional commentators and betting syndicates can trigger volume spikes. In-game events—such as early map wins or momentum shifts—may also prompt traders to adjust positions if the market remains open during play. Monitor team social media and esports news outlets for breaking developments.
