This market refers to the Counter-Strike Quarterfinal 2 match between K27 and 100 Thieves in the NODWIN Clutch Series Playoffs, initially scheduled for June 16 at 7:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "K27" if K27 win the match against 100 Thieves. This market will resolve to "100 Thieves" if 100 Thieves win the match against K27. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set odds to balance liability and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. This market may show higher or lower implied probabilities than traditional sportsbooks, depending on whether prediction market participants have superior information or different risk appetites. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus differs and highlight potential value opportunities for informed bettors.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the collective confidence of all participants; as new information surfaces or match conditions change, traders adjust their positions, moving prices in real time. Higher-probability outcomes trade at higher prices, while lower-probability scenarios trade lower. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices respond to news, with deeper pools allowing larger trades to move the market less dramatically.
This market resolves around Jun 16, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the final score and winner of the best-of-three series between the two teams. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome receive their payout, while losing positions expire worthless. Resolution timing depends on match scheduling and official confirmation from tournament organizers or reliable esports news sources.
Key catalysts include roster changes or player substitutions announced before the match, recent performance data from either team, and head-to-head historical records in similar tournaments. Map selection and bans can significantly influence expectations, as can injury reports or player form updates from recent competitions. Pre-match analysis from respected esports commentators and betting syndicates may shift trader sentiment. Live match developments—early round wins, economy management, or momentum swings—could trigger sharp price movements if the market remains open during play.
