This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 4 match between Game Hunters and Red Feet in the CCT South America Series 3 Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 4 at 6:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Game Hunters" if Game Hunters win the match against Red Feet. This market will resolve to "Red Feet" if Red Feet win the match against Game Hunters. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate the beliefs of traders risking real capital. For esports events like this one, prediction market prices may react faster to roster changes, recent form, or community sentiment, whereas sportsbooks may move more cautiously. Comparing the two can reveal where the broader betting public and prediction traders disagree on likely outcomes.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that allows traders to buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The cost of each share reflects the current probability assigned by the market; as traders buy shares of a particular outcome, its price rises and others fall. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices adjust to new information. The top outcome currently reflects strong trader conviction, though prices remain dynamic until the match concludes.
This market resolves around Jul 5, 2026, once the match is complete and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be confirmed based on which team wins the best-of-three series according to official tournament records. Traders holding positions on the winning outcome will receive their payout once resolution is finalized. Until that point, prices may fluctuate as new information about team form, player availability, or match conditions emerges.
Several factors could shift odds before the match takes place. Roster announcements or player substitutions for either team would likely trigger significant repricing. Recent tournament results, scrim outcomes, or public statements from team management could influence trader sentiment. Map pool updates or bans relevant to the series format may also matter. Injury reports, visa delays, or other logistical issues affecting player availability could move the market sharply. Community discussion and expert analysis posted closer to match day often drive late trading activity as well.
