Description
This event group covers a Counter-Strike Best-of-3 match between G2 and Team Nemesis in the Stake Ranked Episode 1 Playoffs Upper Bracket Quarterfinal, scheduled for April 1, 2026 at 6:00 AM ET. Markets span match winner, individual map winners, map-level statistics (kills, rounds), series length, and handicap outcomes.
Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Kalshi and Polymarket share identical resolution logic: HLTV.org primary source, 2-hour fallback to consensus, 50-50 for cancellations/delays beyond 7 days, and consistent edge-case handling for forfeits, walkovers, and series clinches.
Primary resolution logic:
HLTV.org (official Counter-Strike statistics and match results); credible consensus reporting including video evidence if HLTV has not published within 2 hours of event conclusion
Core resolution logic:
Match winner resolves to the team that wins the best-of-3 series (first to 2 map wins)
Individual map winners resolve based on the team that wins that specific map
Map statistics (total kills, total rounds) resolve based on completed play of that map only
Series length (O/U 2.5 maps) resolves Over if 3+ maps are played, Under if fewer than 3 maps are played
Maps won by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default count toward series and handicap totals if the match is completed
If a map is not played because the series result is already determined (team clinches before that map), all markets for that map resolve 50-50
Team kills and self-inflicted deaths do not count toward kill totals
Overtime rounds count toward round totals and kill totals
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Canceled or Delayed Beyond 7 Days: If the match is canceled entirely or delayed beyond 7 days from April 1, 2026 without play beginning, all markets resolve 50-50
Match Begins But Not Completed: If the match begins but is not completed and one team wins due to opponent forfeiture/disqualification/walkover during play, the match winner resolves to the winning team; however, map-specific markets for uncompleted maps resolve 50-50
Forfeit/Walkover Before Match Start: If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover before play begins, the match winner resolves 50-50
Series Clinch Before Map Completion: If a team clinches the series before Map 2 or Map 3 is played, those unplayed maps resolve 50-50; however, the series length and match winner resolve based on the clinch
Map Remade: If any map is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only, not the original
Timing:
Resolution occurs within 2 hours of official event conclusion via HLTV.org; if HLTV unavailable, credible consensus reporting is used. Markets resolve immediately upon determination of the outcome.
