This market refers to the Counter-Strike Quarterfinal 4 match between Fluxo and Keyd in the Thunderpick World Championship South American Series #1 Playoffs, initially scheduled for June 27 at 6:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Fluxo" if Fluxo win the match against Keyd. This market will resolve to "Keyd" if Keyd win the match against Fluxo. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and protect their margin, while prediction markets like Polymarket are driven by trader consensus and real-money risk. Sportsbooks may adjust faster for sharp action or liability concerns, whereas prediction markets aggregate distributed information over time. For esports events like this one, sportsbook coverage can be sparse or slow to update, giving prediction markets an edge in capturing late-breaking roster changes or analyst sentiment. Comparing the two reveals where informed traders see value relative to traditional oddsmakers.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time probabilities for each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders deposit collateral and purchase shares representing their belief in a specific result; the more shares bought, the higher the price climbs. The platform's pricing mechanism ensures continuous liquidity and transparent price discovery, with odds updating instantly as new trades execute. Outcome probabilities always sum to 100 percent, and traders can exit positions at any time before resolution by selling shares back into the pool.
This market resolves around Jun 28, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the actual performance of both teams across the best-of-three format, with specific contracts tied to map winners, round totals, or overall series victory. Resolution occurs after sufficient time has passed for official confirmation and any necessary review. Traders should monitor the event schedule and official announcements to anticipate the exact resolution window.
Several catalysts can shift odds before this market settles. Roster announcements or player substitutions for either team will trigger immediate repricing, as will injury reports or last-minute lineup changes. Pre-match analysis from respected esports commentators and recent head-to-head statistics can sway trader sentiment significantly. Map pool updates or bans announced shortly before the event may alter perceived matchup dynamics. Live in-game performance during the first map often prompts sharp traders to reposition, especially if early rounds suggest a team is undervalued or overvalued relative to opening odds.
