Description

This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round of 16 match between ESC Gaming and Leo Team in the CCT Europe Series #19 Playoffs, initially scheduled for April 1 at 1:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "ESC Gaming" if ESC Gaming win the match against Leo Team. This market will resolve to "Leo Team" if Leo Team win the match against ESC Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Kalshi and Polymarket resolve fundamentally different events. Kalshi resolves on the overall CCT Europe Series #19 2026 tournament outcome (binary: ESC Gaming wins OR Leo Team wins the series), while Polymarket resolves on specific map-level outcomes and match handicaps within the ESC Gaming vs Leo Team BO3. These are incompatible resolution scopes.

Hero Tip:

Do not assume Kalshi and Polymarket markets will move together. Kalshi's binary tournament-level resolution has no direct correlation to Polymarket's granular map and handicap markets. If you trade on both platforms, treat them as separate events: Kalshi is a series-winner bet, Polymarket is a detailed match-outcome bet. Verify which event you are actually betting on before committing capital.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Kalshi:

Outlier: Kalshi resolves on a binary tournament outcome—'Yes' if either ESC Gaming OR Leo Team wins the CCT Europe Series #19 2026 tournament match. The resolution rule states 'If ESC Gaming wins the CCT Europe Series #19 2026: Leo Team vs. ESC Gaming CS2 match... then the market resolves to Yes' AND 'If Leo Team wins the CCT Europe Series #19 2026: Leo Team vs. ESC Gaming CS2 match... then the market resolves to Yes.' This creates a logical contradiction: both outcomes resolve to Yes, making the market unresolvable as a binary prediction.
  • Polymarket:

Aligned with itself (no coalition partner): Polymarket resolves on granular match-level outcomes: Map 2 winner, map handicaps (Leo -1.5 vs ESC +1.5, and ESC -1.5 vs Leo +1.5), odd/even total rounds per map, odd/even total kills per map, overall match winner, individual map winners, and games total over/under 2.5. Each market has independent resolution criteria tied to HLTV.org data. The primary market states 'This market will resolve to ESC Gaming if ESC Gaming win the match against Leo Team' and 'This market will resolve to Leo Team if Leo Team win the match against ESC Gaming.'
