This market refers to the Counter-Strike Upper bracket quarterfinal 2 match between ECHO and Betclic Apogee Esports in the DraculaN Group B, initially scheduled for June 23 at 8:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "ECHO" if ECHO win the match against Betclic Apogee Esports. This market will resolve to "Betclic Apogee Esports" if Betclic Apogee Esports win the match against ECHO. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price outcomes differently because they operate on distinct mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds based on their risk models and aim to balance liability; prediction markets let traders freely buy and sell contracts, so prices reflect collective belief among participants. This market's odds may diverge from sportsbook lines depending on trader composition, liquidity depth, and information flow. Neither is inherently more accurate—prediction markets often excel at aggregating dispersed knowledge, while sportsbooks benefit from professional oddsmaking expertise. Comparing both sources can reveal where smart money is positioning.
On Predict, this market is priced through continuous order-matching, where traders submit bids and asks on the outcome. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price you see reflects the most recent trade or the midpoint of the current spread, and it updates instantly as new orders flow in. Liquidity and trading volume directly influence how tight the spread is and how quickly your order executes. During high-volume periods, prices tend to be more efficient and responsive to breaking news about either team.
This market resolves around Jun 23, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-three series. Until that point, traders can continue to buy and sell positions as new information emerges—team form, player availability, or head-to-head history may all influence prices leading up to the event.
Several catalysts could shift prices significantly before the match. Roster announcements, player injuries, or unexpected lineup changes for either team would likely trigger sharp moves. Recent tournament results, scrim outcomes, or public statements from coaches and players can also sway trader sentiment. Meta shifts in the game itself—new weapon balance patches or map pool updates—may favor one team's playstyle over the other. Monitor esports news outlets and team social media for developments that could alter the competitive landscape and reshape market expectations.
