This market refers to the Counter-Strike Decider match between DFX Peek and MIBR Academy in the Gamers Club Liga Série A June Group C, initially scheduled for June 29 at 1:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "DFX Peek" if DFX Peek win the match against MIBR Academy. This market will resolve to "MIBR Academy" if MIBR Academy win the match against DFX Peek. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets price outcomes based on trader belief and capital allocation. This market may show a different consensus than major sportsbooks, particularly if esports betting coverage is limited or if prediction market participants have specialized knowledge of Counter-Strike team dynamics and recent form.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the collective assessment of all active traders, with the sum of all outcome probabilities equaling 100 percent. As new information emerges—such as roster changes, recent match results, or player performance updates—traders adjust their positions, causing prices to shift in real time.
This market resolves around Jun 27, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by which team wins the best-of-three series. Traders should monitor official Gamers Club Liga Série A announcements and verified esports news sources to track any schedule changes or disruptions that might affect resolution timing.
Key catalysts include roster announcements or player substitutions from either squad, recent head-to-head results, and performance in preceding tournament rounds. Injury or availability updates, coaching changes, and tactical adjustments revealed in practice or media coverage can shift trader sentiment. Additionally, momentum from other concurrent matches in the Gamers Club Liga Série A and broader esports community sentiment around each organization's current form will likely influence pricing as the event date approaches.
