Description

This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 4 match between Crashers and Back to Back in the CCT South America Series #10 Group Stage, initially scheduled for March 20 at 5:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Crashers" if Crashers win the match against Back to Back . This market will resolve to "Back to Back " if Back to Back win the match against Crashers. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Kalshi and Polymarket use fundamentally incompatible resolution scopes. Kalshi resolves on the overall CCT South America Series #10 tournament outcome (winner of the entire series), while Polymarket resolves on individual map results and match-specific metrics (Map 1/2/3 winners, round/kill counts, match handicaps). These are logically distinct events with no overlap in settlement criteria.

Hero Tip:

Do not cross-hedge Kalshi and Polymarket markets in this group — they settle on completely different events. Kalshi bets on who wins the tournament; Polymarket bets on specific map outcomes and match statistics. A Kalshi YES resolution tells you nothing about Polymarket map winners or vice versa.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Kalshi: Outlier: Resolves YES if either Crashers OR Back to Back wins the entire CCT South America Series #10 2026 tournament. The resolution is binary (YES for any winner, NO for no winner), and the specific match result between these two teams is irrelevant to settlement. Key quote: 'If Crashers wins the CCT South America Series #10 2026... then the market resolves to Yes. If Back to Back wins the CCT South America Series #10 2026... then the market resolves to Yes.'
  • Polymarket: Distinct stance: Resolves on granular match-level outcomes including: (1) Match winner (Crashers vs Back to Back), (2) Individual map winners (Map 1, Map 2), (3) Map-specific metrics (total rounds odd/even, total kills odd/even for each map), (4) Series-level metrics (Games Total O/U 2.5, map handicaps). Each market has independent settlement criteria tied to HLTV.org official results. Key quote: 'This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 4 match between Crashers and Back to Back in the CCT South America Series #10 Group Stage... This market will resolve to Crashers if Crashers win Map 1 against Back to Back.'
