This market tracks whether the third map in the best-of-three Counter-Strike match between BetBoom Team and Team Nemesis will see more or fewer than 27.5 total rounds played. On Polymarket, the over outcome is priced at 100.0%. Resolution will be determined by HLTV.org's official match records. Watch for the match kickoff on July 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET to see how map three unfolds and whether the round total exceeds or falls short of the line.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 3 match between BetBoom Team and Team Nemesis in the XSE Pro League Group Stage, initially scheduled for July 3 at 9:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "BetBoom Team" if BetBoom Team win the match against Team Nemesis. This market will resolve to "Team Nemesis" if Team Nemesis win the match against BetBoom Team. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate beliefs from traders risking real capital on outcomes. This market may show higher or lower implied probabilities than major sportsbooks, depending on whether traders here believe the consensus among professional oddsmakers is mispriced. Comparing the two can reveal where informed traders see value relative to conventional betting markets.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the cumulative trading activity and belief distribution among all participants. As new information surfaces—such as player injuries, team announcements, or recent match results—traders adjust their positions, moving the price up or down. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices respond to news, and the spread between bid and ask prices indicates the cost of entering or exiting a position at any given moment.
This market resolves around Jul 3, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect the official result of the best-of-three series between the two teams in the XSE Pro League Group Stage. Resolution depends on the match being completed and the winner confirmed through established esports reporting channels and league records. Traders should monitor the tournament schedule to anticipate any delays or rescheduling that might affect the resolution timeline.
Several catalysts could shift prices before the match concludes. Roster announcements, player substitutions, or injury news affecting either team would likely trigger significant trading. Recent tournament results, head-to-head records, and performance trends in prior group-stage matches provide concrete data that traders use to reassess probabilities. Coaching changes, tactical adjustments, or statements from team management can also influence sentiment. Additionally, broader esports news—such as sponsorship changes or organizational restructuring—may indirectly affect trader confidence in either side's preparation or morale.
