Description

This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between B8 and AM Gaming in the Parken Challenger Championship Group A, initially scheduled for March 31 at 12:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "B8" if B8 win the match against AM Gaming. This market will resolve to "AM Gaming" if AM Gaming win the match against B8. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Kalshi and Polymarket resolve on fundamentally different events. Kalshi resolves on championship tournament outcomes (whether B8 or AM Gaming wins the entire Parken Challenger Championship 2026), while Polymarket resolves on the specific BO1 match result and Map 1 statistics (rounds, kills). These are distinct settlement scopes with different underlying events.

Hero Tip:

If you trade on Kalshi, you are betting on which team wins the entire tournament, not the specific March 31 match. If you trade on Polymarket, you are betting on the match outcome and Map 1 statistics. Do not assume a Kalshi YES resolves the same way as a Polymarket B8 win — they measure different things.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Kalshi: Distinct stance: Kalshi resolves YES if either B8 or AM Gaming wins the entire Parken Challenger Championship 2026 tournament (the match scheduled for Mar 31, 2026 is merely the reference event). The market is binary and always resolves YES to one of the two teams, regardless of match outcome. Key quote: 'If B8 wins the Parken Challenger Championship 2026... then the market resolves to Yes. If AM Gaming wins the Parken Challenger Championship 2026... then the market resolves to Yes.'
  • Polymarket: Distinct stance: Polymarket offers three separate markets: (1) the specific BO1 match winner (B8 or AM Gaming), (2) Map 1 total rounds odd/even, and (3) Map 1 total kills odd/even. Each resolves independently based on match statistics from HLTV.org, with 50-50 fallback for cancellations, forfeits, or delays beyond 7 days. Key quote: 'This market will resolve to B8 if B8 win the match against AM Gaming. This market will resolve to AM Gaming if AM Gaming win the match against B8.'
