This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between 6666 and SINQU Rehti in the Urban Riga Open #5 Group A, initially scheduled for June 28 at 12:30PM ET. This market will resolve to "6666" if 6666 win the match against SINQU Rehti. This market will resolve to "SINQU Rehti" if SINQU Rehti win the match against 6666. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently because they operate under distinct mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds based on bookmaker models and aim to balance action on both sides; prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. This market's odds reflect what participants collectively believe will happen, whereas a sportsbook's line incorporates margin and risk management. Comparing the two can reveal whether public sentiment on Polymarket aligns with or diverges from conventional betting markets, offering traders an edge if they spot meaningful discrepancies.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds through an automated market maker that adjusts prices based on buy and sell activity. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the aggregate of all trades placed on the platform, with prices moving continuously as new orders flow in. Liquidity and trading volume influence how quickly prices respond to new information. Participants can enter or exit positions at the displayed price, and the market's pricing mechanism ensures that the odds remain responsive to evolving expectations about the match outcome.
This market resolves around Jun 28, 2026, once the Urban Riga Open #5 Group A match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be confirmed based on the official match result reported by the tournament organizers or established esports news outlets. Traders should monitor the event schedule and any official announcements to stay informed of timing changes. Resolution occurs automatically once the outcome is finalized and verified, at which point winning positions are credited and losing positions are closed.
Several factors could shift odds before the match concludes. Team roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements may alter perceived competitive balance. Recent form, head-to-head records, and performance in earlier rounds of the tournament can influence trader sentiment. Map selection and bans, if announced in advance, often trigger price movement as participants reassess matchup dynamics. Community discussion, expert analysis, and betting patterns on other platforms may also sway perception. Any official statements from teams or the tournament organizers regarding scheduling or conditions could prompt rapid repricing on this market.
