This market refers to the cricket match between Friends XI and Bergamo Super XI scheduled for June 28 2026 in Coppa il Mondo T10. This market resolves according to the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions, the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. This market may show odds that differ meaningfully from major sportsbooks, especially as new information emerges or if one venue attracts sharper action than the other. Comparing both can reveal where consensus is strongest.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each share represents a claim on one possible result, and the combined price of all shares always equals one dollar, ensuring prices reflect the collective probability assessment. As traders transact, prices adjust in real time, so the current odds you see represent the latest consensus among active participants on this venue.
This market resolves around Jul 5, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be confirmed based on the official final score and result of the event. Until that point, traders can continue to buy and sell shares as new information and match developments influence their expectations.
Key catalysts include team roster announcements, injury updates, recent form and head-to-head records, and any weather or venue changes. Pre-match commentary from analysts and betting syndicates can also shift trader positioning. As the event date approaches, late-breaking news—such as lineup confirmations or player availability—often triggers sharp price moves. Live match developments, if the market remains open during play, would drive the most dramatic swings in real time.
