The event evaluates two pitchers—Cade Cavalli and Ryan Feltner—based on the number of outs they record as starting pitchers in the specified game. For each pitcher, if they are scratched or do not start, the market resolves at fair market price. If they enter the game in relief, their appearances do not count toward the outs requirement. Only outs recorded as a starting pitcher, after throwing at least one pitch, determine the outcome. The markets operate independently, with each resolving to Yes if the respective pitcher achieves the required number of outs while starting.
