The market resolves based on the number of runs scored by each team specifically during the 8th inning of the designated game. If Colorado scores more runs than Chicago in that inning, the 'Colorado wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Chicago scores more runs than Colorado in the 8th inning, the 'Chicago WS wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should neither team score more runs than the other—meaning the inning ends in a tie—the 'Tie 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored during the 8th inning are considered for resolution. If the game is called or ends before the completion of the 8th inning, all markets will resolve to a Fair Price. The outcome is strictly tied to offensive output within the specified inning, with no consideration given to the overall game result or any other inning's performance.
