Should the teams score an equal number of runs in the first inning, the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. In any case where the game is called or halted before the completion of the first inning, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored within the first inning are considered for resolution, and Kalshi clarifies it holds no official affiliation with the governing league.
