Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price outcomes differently. Sportsbooks set odds based on their risk models and profit margins, then adjust them to balance action on both sides. Prediction markets, by contrast, derive prices from continuous trading among participants who believe they have an edge. This market aggregates the views of many traders with real money at stake, often surfacing information faster than sportsbooks update their lines. Comparing this market's implied probabilities to major sportsbook odds can reveal where the crowd sees value or where consensus diverges.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling shares of each exact score outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of any share reflects its implied probability; a share trading at 0.65 suggests a 65% chance of that outcome occurring. Liquidity and trading volume determine how easily you can enter or exit positions at those prices. As match day approaches and new information surfaces, active traders adjust their positions, causing prices to shift dynamically across all possible scorelines.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, once the match between COD Meknès and HUS Agadir concludes and the final score is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the exact scoreline at the end of regular time. Winning shares are those corresponding to the official final score, and all other positions expire worthless. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the match ending, allowing traders to settle their positions promptly.
Several factors can shift prices in this market before Jun 25, 2026. Team news—injuries to key players, lineup changes, or tactical announcements—often triggers repricing of likely scorelines. Recent form, head-to-head history, and weather conditions on match day all influence trader expectations. Betting syndicates and sharp money entering the market can move odds significantly. As the match approaches, casual traders may adjust positions based on media narratives or public sentiment, creating volatility across different score predictions.
