Coastal Kings Mangaluru and Mysore Warriors will compete in a men's professional T20 cricket match on June 25, 2026. The outcome will be determined by which team wins the match according to official cricket rules and governing body declarations.
Each team has a corresponding market that resolves to Yes if that team wins the match. If the match ends in a tie, draw, no result, abandonment, or cancellation with no official winner declared, all markets resolve to $0.50. In cases of forfeit, disqualification, or concession occurring before the match begins, all markets resolve to $0.50. If such events occur after play has begun and the governing body declares an official winner, markets resolve based on that declaration. If play commences but insufficient play occurs to produce an official result, all markets resolve to $0.50.
Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they operate under different incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are driven by traders seeking to profit from accurate forecasts. This market aggregates the views of many independent participants rather than a single bookmaker, which can lead to sharper pricing on certain outcomes. Comparing this market's implied probabilities to major sportsbook lines can reveal where consensus differs and highlight potential value.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders submit bids and asks for shares representing each possible outcome. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the collective belief about the likelihood of that outcome, ranging from near-zero to near-100 cents. As new information emerges or sentiment shifts, traders adjust their orders, causing prices to move in real time. This dynamic pricing ensures the market continuously incorporates fresh data and trader conviction.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect which team wins the contest. Until that point, traders can buy and sell shares as odds fluctuate. Resolution is final once the event is confirmed, and any shares held will be settled according to the actual result.
Key catalysts include team roster announcements, injury updates, recent form and head-to-head records, weather conditions on match day, and any late-breaking news about player availability. Public statements from coaches or analysts can also shift trader sentiment. As the match date approaches, media coverage and expert predictions often intensify, influencing how traders reassess probabilities. Live developments during the game itself—such as early momentum or unexpected tactical changes—may prompt sharp repricing in the final moments before the outcome is locked in.
