Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect crowd-sourced probabilities rather than bookmaker adjustments. While sportsbooks may set broader lines to ensure profit, prediction markets let participants bet on precise score outcomes, sometimes showing sharper or more volatile pricing depending on recent news, injuries, or form.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds for each possible score combination based on their expectations of the match outcome. The current top outcome reflects the highest probability as judged by participants, with its implied chance shown separately. Volume and recent trades influence price shifts throughout the event’s run-up.
