Conversely, if Kansas City scores more runs than Cleveland, the 'Kansas City wins 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. Should neither team score more runs than the other—meaning the inning ends in a tie—the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. All markets share a common secondary rule: only runs scored during the 3rd inning count, and if the game is called before the inning completes, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
