If Cleveland scores more runs than Boston in that inning, the 'Cleveland wins 6th inning' market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Boston scores more runs than Cleveland, the 'Boston wins 6th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 6th inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored during the 6th inning are considered; any runs scored before or after this inning are irrelevant. If the game is called or ends before the completion of the 6th inning, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
