Prediction market odds often reflect sharper, more granular insights because they are driven by continuous trader activity and can update minute-by-minute. Sportsbook odds, by contrast, are set by professional oddsmakers and may lag real-time shifts. For this market, prediction markets may show tighter spreads or different implied probabilities than traditional sportsbooks, especially when trader sentiment diverges from mainstream analyst views.
