The market resolves based solely on runs scored during the 9th inning of the specified Cincinnati vs. Toronto baseball game. If Cincinnati scores more runs in that inning, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. If Toronto scores more runs, its market resolves to Yes. If neither team scores more runs than the other—or if the game is called early before the 9th inning is fully completed—the tie market resolves to Yes. In all cases, only runs scored within the 9th inning count, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom half of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation. Any early termination of the game before the 9th inning concludes will result in a Fair Price resolution for all markets.
