The market resolves based on the number of runs each team scores specifically during the first inning of the designated baseball game. If Cincinnati scores more runs than Chicago in the first inning, the 'Cincinnati wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If Chicago scores more runs than Cincinnati in the first inning, the 'Chicago C wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If the game is called before the first inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored in the first inning are considered for resolution, and the broader context of the full game does not affect the outcome.
