The market resolves based on which team scores more runs during the 7th inning of the specified Cincinnati vs Arizona baseball game. If Cincinnati scores more runs in that inning, the 'Cincinnati wins 7th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Arizona scores more runs, the 'Arizona wins 7th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 7th inning' market resolves to Yes. If the game is called before the 7th inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 7th inning count, and the outcome is determined solely by comparative scoring between the teams in that inning.
