The market resolves to Yes if Chicago WS and St. Louis collectively score more than 0.5 runs in the 2nd inning of the specified game. A second rule resolves to Yes if they score more than 1.5 runs in that inning. Only runs scored during the 2nd inning count; if the game is called early, the market resolves to a Fair Price, based solely on runs in the 2nd inning regardless of whether the home team bats.
