If Chicago WS scores more runs in that inning, the 'Chicago WS wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Houston scores more runs, the 'Houston wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the 4th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 4th inning are considered; performance in any other inning has no impact on the resolution.
