Description

This event tracks home run performance by specific players in an upcoming baseball game between two teams. Each market focuses on whether designated players achieve certain home run thresholds during the match. The outcome depends entirely on the players' performance in the game, subject to participation criteria.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on whether specified players hit designated numbers of home runs during the Chicago White Sox versus Cleveland Guardians professional baseball game scheduled for September 14, 2026. For each player market, if the player records the required number of home runs (1+ or 2+), the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. Participation criteria state that if a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, the market resolves to the fair market price. If a player enters the game as a substitute but does not start, the market also resolves to the fair market price, with pinch-hit at-bats excluded from consideration. Only players who are in the starting lineup and record at least one plate appearance contribute to the settlement of their respective markets.
