If Chicago scores more runs than Seattle in that inning, the 'Chicago C wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Seattle scores more runs than Chicago, the 'Seattle wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the completion of the 4th inning, all markets will resolve at a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 4th inning are considered; runs from any other innings are irrelevant to the outcome.
