This market focuses on predicting which team will score more runs in the first inning of an upcoming baseball game. It reflects the fast-paced, early-game dynamics that can set the tone for the entire match. The outcome depends solely on the runs scored during the first inning, making it a test of early offensive performance.
The market resolves based on the number of runs each team scores specifically during the first inning of the designated game. If Chicago scores more runs than Milwaukee in that inning, the 'Chicago C wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Milwaukee scores more runs than Chicago, the 'Milwaukee wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the teams score an equal number of runs, the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If the game is called or suspended before the completion of the first inning, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored within the first inning are considered; later inning performance does not affect the outcome.
