Description

This market focuses on predicting which team will score more runs in the first inning of an upcoming baseball game. It reflects the fast-paced, early-game dynamics that can set the tone for the entire match. Outcomes depend solely on runs scored within the first inning, with specific rules for ties or early game cancellations.

Kalshi

The event determines the winner of the first inning in the Chicago C versus Cincinnati professional baseball game scheduled for September 19, 2026. The market resolves based on which team scores more runs during the first inning. If Chicago C scores more runs, that market resolves to Yes. If Cincinnati scores more runs, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs—or if no runs are scored by either team—the tie market resolves to Yes. In all cases, only runs scored within the first inning count. If the game is called before the first inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
