Typically, prediction market odds offer a distinct perspective compared to traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, being driven by the collective wisdom of traders, tends to be more efficient and may offer more favorable odds, particularly for well-informed participants. However, sportsbook odds can reflect public perception and biases, while this market aims to represent the true probability of an outcome as assessed by those willing to put their capital at risk. It's important to compare both to gain a comprehensive view.
