Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the likelihood of 11 or more corners. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in modeling approaches. It’s possible to find opportunities where the implied probability from this market diverges from sportsbook offerings, potentially indicating a mispricing.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing the outcome. The price of a contract fluctuates based on supply and demand. If more people believe 11 or more corners will occur, the price of the 'yes' contract will increase, and vice versa. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to reflect the aggregate sentiment of all participants. The current volume traded provides insight into how actively this outcome is being considered by the community.

This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final corner count from the Chelsea versus Hull City match will be used to determine whether 11 or more total corners were recorded. The official match statistics will serve as the basis for verification. Traders holding a 'yes' contract will receive a payout if the condition is met, while those holding a 'no' contract will not. The outcome will be clearly indicated on Limitless once verified.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before Sep 13, 2026. News regarding key players for either Chelsea or Hull City, such as injuries or suspensions impacting their attacking style, could shift expectations. Tactical previews and analyses predicting a corner-heavy or corner-light game plan could also play a role. Even weather conditions on match day – for example, strong winds potentially leading to more crosses and corners – might influence trader sentiment. Unexpected lineup announcements or late-breaking news related to the teams could also cause significant movement in this market.
