These markets resolve based on the total points scored by both Cleveland and Chicago during the second quarter of their Pro Football game scheduled for August 15, 2026. Each market has a specific threshold: if the combined points exceed that threshold, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. Only points scored during the second quarter count, and all markets are independent, meaning each threshold is evaluated separately. The markets cover a range of scoring levels, from just over 3.5 points to more than 24.5 points, providing multiple opportunities to predict different possible scoring outcomes for the quarter. Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Differences in user bases and trading activity between Polymarket and Kalshi can cause price gaps for this market. Each platform attracts distinct participants, from retail traders to niche enthusiasts, which shapes how odds are set. Liquidity levels also play a role; lower volume on one venue may amplify price swings. Additionally, unique market designs or fee structures on Polymarket and Kalshi may influence how traders place bets, leading to varied probability assessments for the same outcome.
Injuries, tactical changes, or momentum shifts during the match can all influence this market. Key moments like red cards, substitutions, or scoring patterns in the second half often trigger rapid adjustments in trading odds. Additionally, broader narrative shifts—such as a team dominating possession or failing to convert chances—can cause traders to reassess probabilities, especially on platforms with higher volatility.
