Prediction market odds on Polymarket often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to community-driven pricing and the inclusion of betting liquidity from traders. While sportsbooks set their odds based on analyst insights and risk management, this market lets users directly influence prices through their bets. As a result, you might see sharper or more volatile shifts in this market compared to standard sportsbook offerings, especially as game-specific news — like lineup changes — unfolds. The market reflects real-time trader sentiment rather than fixed expert projections.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a decentralized pool of trader activity, where each outcome’s share price reflects collective belief. The top outcome’s chance is displayed as a percentage, derived from the current betting volume and liquidity. Traders buy or sell shares based on their views, pushing prices toward what the community sees as the most likely scenario. Volume of $226 supports these price signals.
This market resolves around Aug 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The first team to score a goal during the match officially determines the result, and the platform updates the market accordingly shortly after confirmation. Timing depends on when official match reports and trusted sports news sources publish the final score.
Injuries to key offensive players, weather delays, or strategic lineup changes could shift this market as the match nears. Coach decisions, recent form, and head-to-head history may also influence trader sentiment. Any last-minute news affecting either team’s attacking potential can cause rapid price swings on Polymarket, especially with 24-hour volume at $226 driving real-time adjustments.
